Hanoverians at the World Championships: Fair Game wins the class for four-year-old mares and geldings

The presentation of the Fair Deal/Escolar son Fair Game (breeder: Ingo Könemann, Warmsen) in the qualifier for the Hanoverian Championship for four-year-old mares and geldings was awarded top marks. Denmark’s Mette Sejbjerg masterfully presented the dark bay, receiving a 9.5 for the canter. This was accompanied by a 9.0 for conformation. With a final score of 8.90, the pair secured the victory in the first division. Elon by Escolar/Fidertanz (breeder: Rhenania Pferde, Alpen) impressed with outstanding rideability, finishing second with Maxi Kira von Platen on a final score of 8.40. His dam, Frau Pigge, is a full sister to the privately owned stallions Fiderstar, Foundation, and Flavio Briatore. Third place went to Floria HE by Fürst Belissaro/Silberschmied (breeder: Ilsemarie Wrede, Freiburg), who has already recorded victories in riding horse and dressage horse classes with Kira Goerens-Ripphoff (final score: 8.20).

Kira Goerens-Ripphoff was also in the saddle of the Ibiza/Bonifatius daughter Iva Bella R (breeder: Susanne and Volker Redderberg, Ahrensbök). She received a score of 8.50 in all criteria, claiming the golden ribbon in the second division. Second place, with a final score of 8.30, was shared by Señor Meyer by Secret/Weltmeyer (breeder: Dr. Ansgar Reyering, Mettingen) with Thomas Schulze in the saddle, and Billie Bonds by Bonds/Vilancio (breeder: Ute Opitz, Breitenfelde), presented by Luisa Erichsen. Both were equipped with exceptional rideability, which was rewarded with a 9.0.

In the final on Sunday, the four-year-olds must compete in an  young dressage horse class (Kl. A) starting at 8 a.m.
