The agenda is subject to change. The Delegates’ Assembly is open to all members of the Hanoverian Society. Delegates and district chairpersons are entitled to vote. Proxy voting is only accepted for delegates of the Regional Society Hannoveraner International.
Motions may be submitted to the office up to four weeks before the meeting. Applications for the elections may also be submitted up to four weeks before the meeting (first application deadline) and will be sent to the delegates with the meeting invitation. The second (final) deadline for applications is one week before the meeting.
