Thomas Schulze claimed his second medal of the day. After taking third place in the four-year-old mares and geldings class with Señor Meyer, he rode Salsero CF by Secret/Vivaldi (breeder: Dr Christine Feichtinger, Vaduz/LIE) to the silver medal (overall score: 8.60). Bronze went to CM Flaconi by Fürstenball/Wolkentanz (breeder: Carsten Müller, Neustadt) and Ann Kathrin Müller (overall score: 7.48), who had secured their place in the final – a Class A dressage test – by finishing sixth in the qualifier, a riding horse test.
