It was pure excitement. In Blenheim/GBR, Germany became European team champions in eventing. Also there: the Comte/Fabriano daughter Caramia (breeder: Annelie Lübbeke, Wingst) with the breeder’s daughter Libussa Lübbeke in the saddle. In their championship debut, they laid the foundation for Germany’s gold medal success with a top dressage performance and a confident cross-country round. fischerChipmunk FRH, by Contendro/Heraldik xx (breeder: Dr. Hilmer Meyer-Kulenkampff, Behlmer) and Michael Jung. The reigning Olympic champions narrowly missed out on the title in the individual ranking. They set a new record with their dressage score and also remained penalty-free in the final jumping competition.
