In the HORSE24 Arena, the top-class young horses thrilled buyers and the audience alike. It was a liver chestnut mare that fetched the sensational top price. Hann.Pr.St. Vancouver Lady was sold at auction to Sweden for a staggering 300,000 euros. The average price for the seven riding horses was 138,714 euros. The eleven spectacular foals were hardly any less impressive. Vermentino was sold for 44,000 euros. On average, buyers had to pay 24,727 euros for a foal born in 2026.

In the golden light of the evening sun, the Vitalis/Sir Donnerhall daughter Hann.Pr.St. Vancouver Lady (breeder and exhibitor: Günther Blöthe, Neustadt), from the renowned dam line of Nordspitze, glided through the World Championship arena in Verden. This unparalleled quality appealed equally to international buyers both on-site and online, and auctioneer Bernd Hickert finally brought the hammer down at 300,000 euros for the four-year-old, who has already celebrated victories in riding horse classes. She will follow in the hoofprints of her full brother Verano B, who has already made his mark in the big arena.

Hanoverian enthusiasts, who were able to witness the outstanding quality of this exceptional, athletic horse in person, paid 175,000 euros for Salvador d’Amour by Secret/For Dance (breeder: ZG Eggerking, Brinkum; exhibitor: Heinrich Gießelmann, Barver). The dark bay was presented at horse shows twice, and both times he returned to his home stable as the winner.

At the very beginning of a successful career lies the collection of eleven exquisite foals from outstanding Hanoverian dam lines. Kicking off the foal collection was a stallion prospect par excellence: Santos M by Seacrest/Vitalis (breeder and exhibitor: Marion Menck, Rübehorst) achieved a spectacular price of the Championship Auction at 40,000 euros. This exceptional young horse is going to the top-tier collection of a regular customer from Asia. No sooner had the bay colt left the ring than a colt in the coveted Hanoverian chestnut color followed. The strikingly presented Viva Vitalis/Belissimo M son Viva Dodona (breeder and exhibitor: Dressurpferdezucht-Kreutzmann, Stoetze) was also sold for 40,000 euros. This time, a customer from the U.S. placed the final bid. But that wasn’t the top price yet. That honor went to another chestnut stallion: Vermentino by Va Bene/Quaterback (breeder and exhibitor: ZG Bechstein und Goeze, Celle), which sold for 44,000 euros. This golden, radiant stallion, from the dam line of Dorothee Schneider’s London Olympic horse, Diva Royal, has been awarded a gold medal.

         Statistics

         Auction

The Hanoverian Society’s Championship Auction delivered truly world-class results.
