The Hanoverian auction “Alsfelder Advent” finished with a positive result. Top-priced horse became the Dancier/Raphael-son Discovery (breeder: Gustav Drebing and Kai Hoffmann, Hann. Muenden, exhibitor: Gustav Drebing, Hann. Muenden). He changed at Euro 50,000 into an well known training stable in Lower Saxony. The 45 Hanoverian and Hessen horses were sold at an average auction sales price of Euro 14,042.

Crazy Chicken by Chico’s Boy/Crazy Classic (breeder and exhibitor: Wilhelm Bollhorst, Wetschen) was the top-priced jumper. Customers from Bavaria paid Euro 23,000 for him. The 1,000th Hanoverian auction horse of the year was sold in Asfeld: Havanna by Hochadel/Rodgau (breeder and exhibitor: Walter Robert, Breitenbach) changed at Euro 48,000 into the stable of a successful bavarian dressage rider.

The Hanoverian auction team was successful in putting together an attractive collection for the Alsfelder Advent. “The quality is improving year by year, and the event is becoming better accepted every year,” auction manager Joerg-Wilhelm Wegener said. “The position of Hanoverian Verband in the South German area is getting stronger, and this time, there were interesting sales to foreign countries.” 11 Hanoverians will leave Germany.
